When you lift weights, your form is just as important as how much weight you are lifting, so pay attention to how the exercises are done and perform them safely.

When performing these exercises, it is a good idea to wear a weight belt to reduce the risk of injury. Weight belts provide support for your lower back and align your spine so you don’t do exercises incorrectly.
