On this particular occasion, I was in need of some carbs and protein before my hike up the Mountain Overlook, so I decided to order the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The dish was presented beautifully and the toasted English muffin was the perfect base. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, with the yolks running out as soon as I cut into them, adding a luxurious texture to the dish.

The hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, complementing the eggs perfectly. The smoked salmon added a delicious touch of smokiness, and on top of everything (literally), the sauce was sprinkled with fresh chives, adding a nice pop of color and flavor. I savored every bite, and it was just the perfect fuel for my upcoming hike.

I also couldn't resist trying their famous coffee, which was rich, robust, and full-bodied. The Balthazar Pecan Sticky Bun was also a must-try, warm and gooey, with just the right amount of sweetness. All the delicious treats were certain to propel my hike all the way up to the top of the Mountain Overlook. Just before leaving, I couldn't help myself and tried their mimosa as well, which was made with freshly squeezed orange juice. The Prosecco wasn't too dry, making the whole drink light and sweet, just the way I like it.
