The Apsley Hill Cottage has been converted from a carriage house that was built in the 1800s and is situated on a historic 25-acre farm that was previously used for dairy production. There are endless ways to enjoy your time in this stunning location as it is surrounded by horse stables, orchards, and hiking trails.
In this studio-style cottage, there is a kitchenette (no oven), a bathroom, a queen-sized bed, a pull-out couch (twin), a TV, WiFi, patio furniture, a hammock, and a fire pit.
It is important to note that the cottage shares 25 acres with the main house, but we are generally only on the property one or two days a week, which may or may not coincide with your stay. It is important to note that the tiny house is studio-style, so the twin-sized pull-out couch is located in the same space as the queen-sized bed in the tiny house. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, sink, hot plate, and coffee maker but does not include an oven or dishwasher.
It is very likely that you will see deer and other wildlife, including the occasional bug, at the cottage because it is situated in the Hudson Valley. You may even be able to see a friendly groundhog, Oliver if you are lucky enough!
