On my recent visit to Beacon, I decided to check out The Beacon Daily, a family-owned restaurant that is just a few minutes away from the Mt. Beacon trailhead. I was looking for a delicious and satisfying breakfast to enjoy before a long hike, and I was not disappointed.
The Beacon Daily’s menu features a wide range of breakfast and lunch items, but their most famous dish is the house-made English muffin. I decided to give it a try and ordered the English muffin with 2 farm-fresh eggs, American cheese, and breakfast sausage. The moment the dish arrived at my table, I was struck by the aroma of freshly baked bread. The English muffin was soft, fluffy, and perfectly toasted, with just the right amount of crunch.
The eggs were cooked to perfection and were incredibly fresh, while the American cheese added a creamy and tangy flavor. The breakfast sausage was juicy and savory, making the dish an absolute delight to eat. Everything was so authentic, and I could taste the care and attention that went into making each and every ingredient. I also discovered Harney & Sons Tea and got totally hooked, now I gotta try them all!
