As a professional travel and Airbnb photographer, I had the pleasure of staying at a modern rustic cabin located in the heart of the Hudson Valley's Catskill Mountains, Upstate New York. Nestled on 10+ acres of woodlands, this mountain cabin offers a wildlife sanctuary where guests can encounter deer, beavers, ducks, and birds of all kinds, just minutes off the Thruway.

The cabin's rustic-chic appointments, natural wood siding, and chic steel railings were all perfectly captured by my keen eye for design and visual perception. The Hudson River Valley charm of the space is evident in my photographs, which showcase the cabin's many skylights and large windows, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and highlighting the custom-milled oak flooring, vintage Parisian hotel lighting, high-end brass fixtures, and Scandinavian-inspired furnishings.
As a FAA licensed UAS pilot, I was able to capture breathtaking aerial shots of the cabin and its surroundings, providing a unique perspective on the cabin's secluded location on 10+ acres of woodlands. My photographs of the cabin's fully-stocked custom kitchen, complete with a Wolf range, and the oversized rustic dining table, perfectly captured the warm and inviting atmosphere of the space.
The photos of the cabin's game room and large deck with access to a fire pit below highlight the cabin's many amenities. The bedrooms are also very comfortable, with high-quality king or queen mattresses, bedding, and large 4k smart TVs. High-speed 1 Gbps internet is also available for those who need to get some work done or take a Zoom meeting.

In addition to being a beautiful and secluded nature paradise, the Catskill Mountains and Hudson Valley region are also known as one of the top gay and LGBTQ travel destinations. The area offers a variety of activities, from hiking and skiing in the winter to swimming and kayaking in the summer, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway to reconnect with nature. The natural beauty of the area not only provides a stunning backdrop for photography, but also serves as an ideal setting for improving mental health and wellness. The peaceful surroundings and fresh air can help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm and well-being. With its welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, the Catskill Mountains and Hudson Valley region is a great destination for couples, friends, and families of all types to enjoy.
