If it's an outdoor space you're seeking, you'll find it at The Broadview. 2 hours, and 15 minutes north of midtown Manhattan, you'll be greeted by majestic mountains behind the house when you approach the 450' long U-shaped gravel driveway.
At 1,000 feet above sea level, the 172-year-old house sits on 8 park-like acres. A massive 103' long non-operational chicken coop sits behind the house and a horse stable/barn is at the bottom of the tree-lined hill halfway down the property. The rear 4 acres beyond the stable/barn are wooded.
The Broadview is the perfect escape to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea, happy hour cocktails, and meals on the covered wraparound porch while listening to the sounds of mother nature. Nap outdoors in the hammock or on one of the chaise lounges. Walk to the Zoom Flume water park or relax indoors where the temperature on the first floor is consistently cool due to the porch overhang. At night, sit by the outdoor fire pit while gazing up at the stars.
