Looking for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life then Woodfield Cabin is the place for you. A cozy three-bedroom cabin nestled in the middle of the woods that can sleep up to 6 people. Perched up on the mountain top it has amazing views over the Catskills mountains which are breathtaking throughout the whole year. This place has been designed so you can fully unwind and relax in a secluded spot but without compromising on life's little luxuries!
The space
As soon as you walk into the light-soaked entryway you are greeted with the primary guest space on the left. Enjoy a few hours of peace in our reading room which is the perfect place to kick back and relax in the Eames chair, pour yourself a cocktail, and spend a few hours reading your favorite book or dive into one from the bookshelves. Walk into the master bedroom through the black barn doors where you will find a king bed fitted with 100% organic cotton percale bed sheets. There is a built-in wardrobe with hangers.
In the entryway, you will find the workspace area suitable for all your WFH needs.
Down the hallway are the other guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature queen beds again fitted with 100% organic cotton percale bed sheets. Both rooms have wardrobes available to use.
The kitchen/lounge is a mix of a traditional cabin with a wood-paneled ceiling and walls but with a modern twist. The kitchen has a stove, oven, and fridge for your cooking needs, as well as pots, pans, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
The space is equipped with wifi and a ROKU TV where you can sign in to your favorite streaming service if you fancy a few hours watching TV. This is a perfect place to kick back and relax alongside the wood-burning stove. Our living space comfortably seats four around the TV and fireplace, as well as four additional barstools at the kitchen island which makes for a nice work or eating space!
Walk out from the kitchen/lounge area into our three-season porch area, sit here enjoying the view overlooking the garden or why not play one of the board games on offer. The outside area is where this property really comes alive. The whole garden is adorned with string lights offering the perfect amount of lighting when the sun goes down. Off the porch is the decking where you'll find a grill for cookouts, why not grab the portable Bose Bluetooth speaker and put on some music whilst you cook up some food. There is a picnic table with seats up to six people. For evening activities why not retire to one of the two fire pits. One is nestled into the ground with tree stumps as seats for more of a rustic feel or why not sit back on the Adirondack chairs and light the Solo Stove fire pit for a smokeless experience. Either should involve making Smores!
