Job Overview
As a Short-Term Rental Property Manager at Alluvion Vacations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that their properties are maintained to the highest standards and that guests have memorable and seamless experiences. Key Responsibilities
Property Setup and Maintenance:
- Coordinate and oversee the setup of properties, including cleaning, staging, and arranging necessary supplies and amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and comply with safety and quality standards.
- Promptly address maintenance or repair issues, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize property conditions.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and amenities for each property.
